Returns Policy
Thank you for purchasing your product from Frame That!
If there is a manufacturing defect or damage as result of shipping found with the product on receipt of the product then we will replace it free of charge including any shipping costs.
Once identified that there is a defect the purchaser must advise Frame That! within 7 days of receipt of the product that there is a fault and provide pictures on request.
Please note that once the product has been handled or fixed to the wall, FrameThat! can not take responsibility for any damage to the frame or Perspex glass.
Please also refer to the CARE INSTRUCTIONS for cleaning as certain cleaning methods can damage or scratch the Perspex glass .
Frame That! will also replace any incorrectly supplied product (wrong product to that ordered) including shipping costs free of charge. The original product must be returned to Frame That! prior to replacement being sent if requested by Frame That!.
Frame That! will send any additional quantity of product that was undersupplied however additional shipping costs may apply depending on the product.
We will need to verify your purchase with us before any replacement product is sent to you.
Refund Policy
Frame That! will refund your purchase on request if there is a defect found upon receipt of the product. If requested by Frame That!, the customer will need to send the defect product back to Frame That! prior to a refund being issued. Shipping costs will be paid by Frame That!
